Steve Kahane has been appraising residential real estate in the Houston area since 2001. Prior to that, he started his career as a commercial appraiser in Chicago, Illinois. He is the immediate Past President of the Association of Texas Appraisers, was on the Board of Governors of the National Association of Appraisers, is an instructor for Appraiser eLearning and is a USPAP Certified Instructor. Steve has authored numerous articles for multiple real estate and appraisal publications.

John Kidd has at least 20 years of experience with real estate appraisals. Starting back in 2003, he trained under several associates in the business; and in 2007, started Kidd Appraisals with his dad. John has been an SRA in Appraisal Institute since 2014. Outside of evaluating homes, he enjoys golf, traveling, landscaping/gardening, volunteering, and fixing up distressed houses.

David has been a state certified appraiser in Kentucky since 1996. He also holds a real estate license. He works with his mother, Linda English, and brother, John English, in their family firm of English Appraisal Services. He has been on the ERC list for 26 years & the VA Panel since 2013.

David's main hobby outside of work is tennis. He runs English Premier League (EPL) that consists of former Division 1, 2 & 3 players along with some of the best high-school players in the state. From 2013-2019, he was a co-founder of the RTL (Refuse to "Lose") tennis tournament that raised money for cancer research for the Jimm V Foundation & Twisted Pink. Finally, from 2014-present, he has been the girls and then the boys head tennis coach at Louisville Collegiate. His players notable achievements are the KHSAA Girls state doubles runner-up (2015) and the Boys state singles champion across all high schools in 2024!!
